The Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, University of Bristol – UK, is offering fully funded and / or half funded scholarships for all students from any country (UK, EU, and Overseas) commencing PhD program in academic year 2019 – 2020.
This scholarship program will cover tuition fees and provide maintenance stipend for up to 3 (three) years subject to satisfactory progress. Scholarships are available for all students applying to the Sociology and the Politics program. Scholarships only available for new students. Current students are not eligible to apply. Applicants must hold a first class Honours Bachelor degree and a Master degree (or UK equivalent) and a minimum score of IELTS 7.0 for those whose first language is not English.
Amount of Scholarships
Successful candidates will receive full tuition fees scholarship and maintenance stipend.
Duration of Scholarships
Scholarships are available for up to 3 (three) years subject to satisfactory progress.
Level of Education
Scholarships available only for PhD degree.
Subjects or Fields of Study
Scholarships available only for the Sociology and Politics programs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarships, applicants must meet all the eligibility criteria below:
- Applicants are welcome from any country (UK, EU, and Overseas).
- Applicants must meet all the entry requirements for the PhD program.
- Applicants must meet the English language entry requirement. A minimum score of IELTS 7.0 for those whose first language is not English.
- Scholarships only available for new students commencing study in academic year 2019 – 2020. Current students are not eligible to apply.
- Scholarships only available for full time students. Part time students are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants must hold first class Honours Bachelor degree and a Master degree (or UK equivalent).
