The KU Leuven is offering scholarship opportunities through the VLIR-ICP Master’s Scholarship. This scholarship is provided for various master degree study programs that are offered at KU Leuven, Belgium.
Who is eligible to apply for this scholarship?
- Citizens of one of the countries listed as scholarship countries. These countries include Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cuba, DR Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Guinea, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Morocco, Nicaragua, Palestinian Territories, Peru, Philippines, and Vietnam that are permanently residing in one of those countries
- Applicants that are eligible to be admitted to one of the selected Master programs at KU Leuven
- Applicants that are not more than 35 years old (for initial master degree applicants) or 45 years old (for advanced master degree applicants) at the year of intake
- Applicants that have not applied for the ICP Connect scholarship in the same year
- Applicants that did not receive a scholarship from the Belgian government to study in a study program before the application
- Students that have not enrolled in a study program provided in a Belgian higher education institution before January 1 of the year of intake
- Students who have applied to a VLIR ICP program will be listed as eligible for the VLIR UOS scholarship if they have fulfilled the requirements
What degrees are offered in this scholarship?
- This scholarship is provided for all eligible programs that are offered by Flemish Universities for the VLIR-ICP scholarship, including KU Leuven
- The study program offered at KU Leuven includes Master of Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies, Master of Human Settlements, Master of Food Technology, ICP Master in Sustainable Development, and Master of Water Resources Engineering
