University of Waikato – New Zealand, is offering doctoral scholarships for students from any country commencing study in academic year 2024. Scholarships are available for new and current students. Applicants should normally be intending to study full-time at the University of Waikato, however those who have compelling reasons for enrolling in part-time study may be considered.

The scholarship will provide living allowance payable in monthly installments, domestic tuition fees, and a thesis preparation grants. Scholarships are available for the duration of your study, 3 years. Applicants must have already received an offer of place to study at the University of Waikato.

Amount of Scholarships

Successful candidates will receive:

  • Living allowance payable in monthly installments.
  • Domestic tuition fees for enrollment in the doctoral program.
  • Thesis preparation grants.

Duration of Scholarships

Scholarships are available for the duration of your study, 3 years.

Level of Education

Scholarships are available for Doctoral degree only.

Subjects or Fields of Study

Scholarships are available for students enrolling in Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Musical Arts, Doctor of Education, or Doctor of Juridical Science.

Who is eligible to apply for this scholarship?

University of Auckland in New Zealand is offering scholarship opportunities. The Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) is the scholarship program provided for various study programs with master degrees from the University of Auckland for the academic year 2024.

Who is eligible to apply for this scholarship?

  • Citizens of ADB borrowing members listed by the ADB JSP
  • Students that have received an admission offer from one of the eligible master programs at the University of Auckland
  • Students with a bachelor degree or other equivalent qualification with outstanding academic performance
  • Applicants with at least two years experience in full-time professional work after acquiring a university degree during the time of application
  • Applicants that are proficient in spoken and written English communication to be able to pursue a degree taught in English
