The Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program (Fulbright DAI) is currently offering opportunities for international teachers to study, teach, and conduct research while observing the United States classrooms environment for one semester starting from August 2025 to December 2025.
Who is eligible to apply for this program?
- Teachers of a primary or secondary level local school that have the citizenship of Bangladesh, Botswana, Brazil, Finland, Greece, India, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Philippines, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Uganda, or the United Kingdom
- Teachers with at least 3 years of teaching experience or working with students and committed to teaching even after this program ends
- Teachers with written and spoken English proficiency proven by minimum TOEFL iBT score 61, TOEFL ITP score 500, or IELTS equivalent certificate
- Teachers that are currently holding a Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Guidance counselors, curriculum specialists, library media specialists, special education coordinators, administrators, and educators who work with primary or secondary level students at least fifty percent of their job are also allowed to apply for this Program.
